Receive the majority of your agent revenue
Because KW is built for Agents, we operate a revenue share system where we make sure you receive the vast majority of the income you generate, this means that if you have a strong desire to deliver Amazing Customer Service and a love of meeting people and networking, you could earn a significant income from a relatively modest level of sales.

Earn much more from the sales that you generate
The KW model is designed to help you to achieve your goals and dreams, so the model allows you to earn more of the income you generate, to make achieving your goals a reality.
When you start each year, you will receive 63% of the income you generate, 27% of the income contributes towards your cap, which is the maximum amount you will pay to Keller Williams. Once you have reached your cap, you will receive 98% of the income you generate until the start of next year when it will reset.

Relationship based estate agency
We aim to move Estate Agency transactional based to relationship based, the way it is done in most other places in the world.
For clients, KW Agents become their go-to property person for life, adding value and building relationships that create trust. Each client then gets an outstanding service from an individual agent who really cares.
Our view is that building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships is just more fun, more enjoyable and more productive for customers and agents. The difference being a KW Agent is that you focus on building relationships and building your database of clients, then look after them, in return they will look after you with their loyalty and advocacy – it’s how relationships work!
Relationship based Estate Agency

Training & Consultation the core of KW
Training and consultations are at the heart of KW, they are 2 of our key areas of value-add for agents and something we have found to be indispensable when it comes to supporting Agents build businesses. All KW training is bespoke, naturally we have training on estate agency skills, but much of it is about business ownership and mindset.
Each Market Centre also provides agents with consultation and support in line with our model, effectively becoming each agent’s personal business consultant.
Each Agent can have weekly catch ups and monthly consultations, which are all aimed at ensuring agents are clear on their goals and what they need to do to achieve them.

Firstly, let us explain what a Market Centre is, it is a business hub providing estate agency support services to our Agents, it’s definitely not a big estate agency branch – it is built for you, not your customers.
Our environment is designed to provide everything you need to have a successful business and to be a great place for you to work (whenever you choose) and receive training and consultations.
It is the home of your Market Centre team, we are here to personally support you and are available in person, on the phone, via text or on email – however you want to communicate – we believe having people that you can meet up with, who understand the model, is a very important part of our Value Proposition.

So what's it really like being a Keller Williams agent?
Being Self Employed and running your own business will give you more flexibility around the way you work. You will typically receive much more of the income you produce, but with that comes the responsibility of running a business and delivering an amazing service.
It is very likely to be challenging to begin with, you will feel pressure to make money, but with time, your database will do most of the work for you.
Ultimately most Agents really enjoy the flexibility they have with their time and the uncapped earnings that running your own business gives you.
